The hotel was beautiful and the service the best I’ve ever had . The owner made sure we were taken care. Breakfast was included and it was delicious . Even on our tour day and airport day they packed us a lunch box because kitchen opens at 8’am .

We visited in mid-August & were greeted by the gracious, helpful owner & staff. We found gorgeous rooms & decor, delicious & substantial breakfast (including a full take-away breakfast when we had to leave pre-service hours for a tour), a convenient location near Merida Central Plaza, a wonderful, clean pool, lovely amenities, & an adjacent restaurant for additional meals & beverages. We'll create an opportunity to return!

Book it book it book it. The Hotelier is a wonderfully kind person with vast local knowledge. If you want a Gilded Age experience the 200 yr old mansion is a stunner.

This has to be one the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in, and I travel all over the world! The room was so large and beautiful with a large restroom and a big rain shower and all the amenities. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices! And the service impeccable!!! I'd stay here over and over again! If you are ever in Mérida stay at the Mansion Mérida! You too will be writing a great review! So grateful to all the staff for their excellent service! They even surprised with a picture of us in the hotel with a gracious hand written note!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansion Merida, the hotel is beautiful, and the customer is outstanding. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and an AC that worked great! The bathroom had good quality toiletries as well as a mosquito repellent spray. We were greeted with drinks and a fruit basket in our room. The owner came to say hi one day while we were having breakfast which it was a nice personal touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service from the staff. Every single worker I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, they made me feel welcome and cared for in every detail. Their dedication and hospitality turned my trip into something very special. The hotel is a beautiful architectural style and beautifully decorated.The staff is excellent, very courteous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a lot of variety.The owner Don Raul welcomed us personally to the mansion of his great grandfather.
