I stayed for three nights at Hotel Las Brisas Mérida and had a great experience overall. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help with local recommendations and transportation. The location is excellent — close enough to the historic center to walk or take a quick taxi, but in a quiet area that feels relaxed and safe. My room was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned (a must in Mérida’s heat!). The pool area was lovely for relaxing after exploring the city, and the breakfast each morning was simple but fresh and tasty. It’s a charming boutique-style hotel with great value for the price. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida.

Beautiful hotel and great services

The hotel os beautiful, modern and all tje facilities in excellent conditions, the attention and services were great all the time. We had an small issue at the checking with some non pre-notification of extra charges for the pet but it was solved. Very good experience in general.

Amazing stay

The hotel is amazing, beautiful plants everywhere, incredibly eco-friendly. There was a smell in the bathroom at certain points but the staff quickly resolved it. The only downside is that the rooms on the ground floor don't receive sunlight so it was pretty dark all day our entire stay. The pool is big enough for laps unless other people are using it, and the gym is great.

Awesome architecture!! Room was fantastic! Very Clean!!!! Restaurant was a little disappointing the first day. 2nd day they another chef and food was fantastic!!!! Had Victor for our waiter twice and we give him a A People working the front desk had it together. Rest of the staff including restaurant staff seemed very unorganized!! ( seemed to have poor management in some areas )

From the moment you’re greeted at the door you feel welcomed! This beautiful upscale boutique style hotel is just gorgeous ! The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. The restaurant was very good as well! The bathroom is huge and filled with beautiful products and robes. Pros: Everything mentioned above Things I found we could have used : A hotel amenity book would be helpful in the room re: how to get room service, restaurant times, things offered at the hotel or in the area. Other than that our stay was DIVINE!

We paid extra for an upgraded suite with a kitchen. However, not everything in the kitchen worked. The exhaust fan and light over the stovetop didn't work, the microwave didn't work, the lamp in the sitting area didn't work either. Some of the fountains in the common areas were out of service as well. Such as the one at the main entrance. It looked to be broken for some time because the water was green with algae and looked like a mini swamp. Needless to say a bunch of swampy standing water brings mosquitoes. There were plenty in our room despite our best efforts to keep them out. There were marks on the wall especially in the bathroom from the previous guests swatting mosquitoes on the walls.

Buena ubicación si vas al centro de congresos, el personal muy amable, a 20 min del Aeropuerto, me quedé en una master suite lo cual me resulto sentirme como en casa, es como un pequeño departamento con terraza, buenas amenities, el menu del desayuno muy deli! Lo único que no me gustó fue que el aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso y que no iban temprano a hacer la limpieza de mi habitación, cuando regresaba a descansar seguía sucia, lo cual fue incomodo ya que no todos vamos de vacaciones y uno quiere llegar a descansar y que esté limpio. Todo lo demás muy bien.

La habitación que nos asignaron no correspondía a las fotografías publicadas. Era muy oscura y no tenía balcón, solo una salida a un pasillo con una silla. El segundo día regresamos a la habitación a las 3:00 p. m. y aún no había sido limpiada. Tuvimos que pedir que al menos nos dejaran agua y café, los cuales tardaron más de dos horas en llevarnos. Las áreas y el restaurante son muy bonitos y el personal muy amable, pero lamentablemente la habitación que nos dieron nos decepcionó completamente, ya que esperábamos una habitación como la de las fotos y nos dieron otra con otra configuración, sin opción de cambio ni ningún tipo de compensación.

Es demasiado largo el tema y la verdad ya hice un debate con la señorita Jennifer Lozano solo me queda por darle las gracias an Ella por ser bien receptiva y profesional. Dueño de este Hotel este mensaje es para usted NUNCA deben de negarle un micronondas a una familia que pago mas de 1000 dólares por su estancia y además con el Hotel casi vacio tiene que escoger mejor su team de Front Desk ya que ese es la imagen del Hotel es el filtro principal que les proporciona a ustedes la s opiniones y los reviews . Otras cosas mas hubieron malas pero la señorita Jennifer le puede ampliar mas . Potencial mucho que les Falta una revision mas exhaustiba de quienes los van a representar .

Habitación limpia en general. Servicio y atención del personal de recepción muy bueno, con rápida resolución de detalles. El restaurante bueno, aunque le falta un poco más de variedad de platillos. El único tema fue que en Mérida, las actividades laborales inician a las 6:00 am en general y en el hotel no fue la excepción.
