This hotel is lovely and set back away from the noise of the street. Very clean and new finishings with a nice little kitchenette and separate bedroom/living room areas. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. There is also a nice little restaurant on the premises that serves delicious home cooked food. I will definitely return to this beautiful little oasis in Merida.

The accommodations were brand new, very nicely organized with first class materials! The pool was lovely. The staff was very attentive and friendly, went out of their way to help, they even ordered and delivered a SIM card for us! If we come back to the Yucatan, we will most likely stay there again! The young woman at the reception is very professional and friendly!

The property is difficult to find but in a convenient location near Liverpool mall. There are several dinner options nearby, some within walking distance, of the hotel. The only negative was the hotel notes there is a restaurant but it wasn’t open at any time we were there. Comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure were appreciated!
