La atención del personal fue buena, la limpieza excelente pero el único inconveniente y malestar es que el estacionamiento está a unos 200 metros del hotel y no está techado o con cubierta. Y el bajar las maletas y en caso de personas de difícil movilidad es problemático su descenso y subida al vehículo

Algo desagradable.

El hotel me parece ideal y muy accesible para acudir al hospital de la T1, y es uno de los mas cómodos de la zona, si no tal vez el mejor, aunque las habitaciones están en planta alta tiene elevador. le diera 10, salvo por el tamaño de las camas, y detalles con la higiene tengo la impresión que reutilizan los blancos, solo tienden las camas, que no siempre las cambian, las sabanas están manchadas, algo percudidas, y las almohadas no huelen a limpio ni los cojines que ponen en las camas, ya que huelen a sudor y olor que ya fueron usadas. esto bastante desagradable. llego varias veces al año por cuestiones medicas.

Cuatro cosas terribles: a) Logística terrible para el acceso al estacionamiento, manejan solo una llave para su acceso que está como 4 cuadras y hacen que el huésped lleve y traiga la llave a la administración, además de su equipaje y si llegas de noche la calle es solitaria; b)a la regadera no le sirve el drenaje se inunda y no puedes bañarte cómodo; c)el inodoro tiene rota la tapa; y d) las camas tiene base de cemento lo que no es practico además de incómodo. Por el mismo precio se puede conseguir una habitación mejor hasta en el centro de Mérida.

Buen hotel, muy tranquilo y accesible

La estancia fe buena, aunque solo estuvimos una noche en el hotel. El unico detalle que observaria sería que me asignaron la suite, ya que fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños, pero la habitación solo tenia una recamara con una cama y en la sala un sillon-cama, que cumple la función para ver televisión en la sala, pero no para dormir una noche completa, pues es muy muy incomodo. Por otro lado, el sillon cama tambien estaba un poco manchadito. Fuera de ese detalle la suite esta muy bien, con buena vista de la ciudad, los accesos con el elevador muy facil todo, en general buen hotel lo recomiendo.

Limpio para quien necesita estar cerca del UMAE

El hotel no tiene restaurante . No se hace cuanto está cerrado pero no cuenta con restaurante ni tiene servicio a cuartos como dice la descripción. Lo importante es la ubicación ya que está atrás del hospital UMAE del IMSS y lo necesitaba por un familiar y ir tengo hospitalizado. Cumple pero para lo que es debería tener un mejor precio claro que se “ “cotizan” porque al final tiene demanda por la ubicación. El personal amable pero los colchones está mas mal que bien. Están vencidos de la mitad a la orilla así que se “cae” uno hacia la orilla si se acuesta en medio . Tiene uno que pegarse lo más que se pueda a la orilla pegada a la pared que está menos vencida pero son individuales pequeñas así q termina uno “en medio” aunque no quiera . En general no creo q haya mejor opción en la zona para lo q lo necesito que es estar cerca así q de requerirlo me volvería a hospedar aquí, esperando me toquen mejores colchones.

Hotel bonito y cómodo cuenta con lo necesario para poder llegar a descansar, las habitaciones son muy reducidas en tamaño por lo que no es un hotel para estar en habitación todo el día, la atención de las chicas de recepción en general muy amables y muy serviciales y pendientes de los huéspedes. higiénico y con muy buena atención.

Es un hotel pequeño y con una higiene sobresaliente en un buen lugar. si vas solo o en compañia lo recomiendo. tiene estacionamiento aunque a una cuadra del hotel. cuenta con frigobar, television con cable, buen internet y aire acondicionado, elevador para mayor comodidad y un restaurant para desayunar. Me gusto mucho.
