Perfect location and awesome staff! So accommodating! We had top floor location and it was perfect for viewing the beach and promenade! The only slight, and i wouldn’t call it a problem, was you have to wait a bit for hot water from the shower… but everything else makes up for it!!!

Pros: We opted for the junior suite. The view is amazing from the balcony. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to issues. Cons: no water pressure for showers. It’s on the busy corner so it can be really loud at night.

El unico detalle que tienen es que salen malos olores de la cañeria (regadera y lavamanos)pero de manera general todo esta muy limpio y bien cuidado. El problema del olor lo pueden solucionar colocando tapas plasticas

The hotel is clean and very comfy. We rented the junior suite wich has a small.kitchen. It did not have a coffee maker. But many choices for breakfast in the vecinity for breakfast. Also, no parking lot. Wich is a common theme with about all the hotels in progreso. We parked in the street and were there for 3 night. Car was perfectly safe, the town in incredibly safe. Truly enjoyed it.

Sehr sauber. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und aufgeräumtes Zimmer. Morgens um 8 Uhr leider schon relativ laut vor Ort aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür außer das man durch die Türen alles hört

El hotel está bien, sua habitaciones con vista parcial al mar y frente al mar son muy buenas y completas, las habitaciones sin vista al mar son muy encerradas, por lo que siempre recomendaría hospedarse con vista parcial o frente al mar. No tiene elevador, así que si tienes algún inconveniente para subir escaleras intenta quedarte en la habitación de planta baja Todo queda realmente cerca, solo cruzas el Malecon y llegar a la zona de playa, hay restaurantes y comercios

although the location was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful the room was not nearly as nice as it looked in the picture it smelled like sewage, and it was extremely noisy in the evening

Basic and clean. No water in my room yet I saw other rooms where they did supply water. Could have used a coffee pot and some dishes and cutlery as there was a microwave and a fridge. On the beach with a view was very nice. Made up for any shortfalls. Would stay there again

Property is in a great location, across from the beach and directly on the Malecon. Staff were most helpful. Had a junior suite, which had too much furniture for the space, and while it had a kitchenette, it didn’t have much in the way of cookware, and no dish cleaning supplies.Bathroom had nice big shower with intermittent hot water, and bathroom sink didn’t have hot water or a light over the sink. Can be a bit noisy with music at all hours and not overly soundproof. Still, for a short stay it is fine, near lots of places to eat.

This is a great simple, clean, older, no frills hotel. There is no elevator. The ocean front rooms have a lovely view of the ocean. The pier is impressive, the area is safe, walkable and clean.

Very nice property. Right in the best area of the Malecón tradicional. There is no elevator in this hotel so if you have problem going up the stairs, you should look for another options. Customer service is non-existent in the front desk but overall, a good stay and great location.
