Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida

A decent place to crash

Overall was good but at the check out the person from the lobby asked me to wait until they check the room to see if I broke or stole something. Which is the first time ever I see this!!

Located in the north, near malls, shops and other points of interest. Clean and calm neighborhood, friendly staff and affordable. We didnt spend much time in the hotel but found it worth the price. Their parking is shared with local shops but we never had an issue finding a spot. I would stay there again.

We travelled for medical purpose. We got 1 bottle of water for 3 guests. Towels looked drab.. 1 face towel for 3 people. Noisy.. Other than that,. it was the perfect location for medical.

Okay hotel terrible food

When we booked this hotel it was to include breakfast. After having breakfast and getting up to leave, they ran after us with a bill. Had breakfast not been included we would not have eaten at this hotel. In a city that has incredible food, their food is just mediocre at best.

I was aprehensive because there were so many negative comments. The hotel has two parts, one old and one new. We stayed in the newer part which might explain why our experience was good and others were not. I would recommend the hotel but see if you can't stay in the new part. After making the reservation, I asked for a king size bed. That may be why we ended up in the new part. As a negative, the sheets for the bed were not king size sheets. One the other hand, I think many of the negative comments were unwarranted. There were a few negative comments that were valid such as weak Internet and lack of electrical outlets. I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel and the room was extremely dirty, to a point we didn't take our shoes off the whole time we were there because we didn't feel like walking on a grimy floor. The restroom was very dirty, rust everywhere. Communication was not easy with the staff. The beds were riddle with bedbugs --- we didn't sleep all night, including the kids --- we covered the beds with plastic sheets I bought from a store, and rested on that for a little. Next day we were out almost all day, only went to to collect our stuff, shower, change and leave for the airport 10 hours earlier! Horrible!
