Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Helped store luggage and facilitate laundry. Rooms may benefit from spot cleaning as found previous guests’ items, etc.. Area was very pleasant with cafés, restaurants, and convenience store with walkable distances.

dejé mi reclamación en el hotel y a través de hoteles.com y todavía no he recibido respuesta, a pesar de que me dijeron que la atenderían rápidamente, no pude dormir en toda la noche por un ruido de máquinas averiadas muy elevado y molesto, y tampoco tuve agua caliente.

Terrible customer service

It was so sad, after a few trips to Merida and to this hotel, my experience was bad. A lot of noise, uncomfortable pillows, customer service was terrible, there was a gut at front desk with no experience, zero customer service, so sad for the hotel, this was my last stay there...

En general todo muy bien, solamente urge mantenimiento a la regadera. A pesar de ser muy grande, salía muy poca agua por tener los orificios tapados. Otro punto es que a veces no hay personal en el lobby donde te registras

Nos tuvieron 8 horas esperando la habitación, les hable para avisar que llegaría en el vuelo de temprana hora para que puedieran considerar entregarnos la habitación un poco antes y aún así nos fue entregada a las 14:50 hrs. Adicional, notamos que a los huesped que llegaban les asignaban habitaciones ocupadas. Muy mal por el personal del hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, my experience was mixed. On the downside, the front desk service was very slow. In the room, there was a persistent sewage smell coming from the air conditioning, which was unpleasant. The pillows were also too hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the common areas were dirty and poorly maintained, which gave the hotel a neglected appearance. That said, there were some positives. The location is excellent — surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shops, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. The hotel also offers easy-access parking, which was very convenient. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast. The dishes were delicious, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive.
