The property was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful and professional. The hotel was nearly full at the time of booking, possibly due to a local tournament or event. It was quiet most of the time, and I was able to get work done without interruptions.

I have been a customer for a long time in several cities in Mexico, this is the first time they left me in the lobby until it was time to check in, but I saw that other people arrived and were given rooms instantly. I understand we had four rooms, but we only needed one to change clothes, with people with disabilities. The rooms were perfect, as always. The lobby needs more attention at midday
