Comfortable room and great location
"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags ..."

Bon personnel qui efface les petits défauts
"3 chambres pour 6 personnes sur 2 nuitées prises pour un festival. Arrivée tardive mais le personnel a été vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Seul bémol, fallait forcer pour fermer ou ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain d'une des chambres, ce qui provoquait pas mal de bruit. Hormis cela , ..."

"Stayed as part of a cycling tour. Super-friendly and helpful communication from Ghislain at all stages, including a welcome basket of food and drink and a breakfast package (leave money in the kitchen for that). Yurt was a real treat: clean, comfortable and totally different from a boring hotel room. ..."
