「Un hôtel très agréable où le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles avec un petit balcon, rien à redire sur la propreté. La salle de restaurant est très moderne, le seul petit bémol il faut parfois patienter un peu pour avoir une table. Repas variés et de bonne qualité. Hôtel très bien situé, à 20 minutes de la belle plage de Cala Galdana et à côté de chemins de randonnées. 「Everything was so perfect I can’t find the words to describe completely. The hotel and surroundings are exquisite. The service impeccable and the food and drinks delicioso. I wish I could have stayed longer.」

「The room was spacious, with bedroom, living area, kitchen area, and terrace; it was clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, it was quiet, sizeable pool for the amount of guests, peaceful space to relax by the pool with good snack bar food for lunch. Sadly we found a cockroach in our room on the last day. I live in Spain and know that it’s a Spain problem and doesn’t necessarily reflect cleanness of the space but this should be addressed. 」

「We had a very positive experience at Playa Parc. The service was great at the reception and the swimming pool bar. The cleaning personnel was extremely helpful. It was very easy to find a parking space every time. Everything went smoothly. 」

「Just what we wanted from a holiday. I knew the area to be fair. My only pointer - I as that the gym needs updating… is don’t think it gets a lot of use. Lovely stay though! 😊」

「L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans cette magnifique crique de cala Galdana. La vue est à couper le souffle. L'accueil est parfait, les chambres spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner très complet est donné sur la terrasse du restaurant. Hors saison, et lorsque le temps n'est pas propice, ls terrasse est fermée par des toiles et il peut y faire assez frais ! Le bar est bien tenu et convivial. La piscine est belle mais pas chauffée. Heureusement 2 jacusi viennent compléter...

「Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. 」
