Awful which is a pity considering how pretty it is
Unfortunately our experience was very poor. The receptionist was absolutely awful. She should not be dealing or much less welcoming guests. Then in the room there was a dirty rag with some solvent on it that made the room reek. I called reception. Instead of changing our room, they came to remove the rag when we went to the pool. We saw from the lifts the same girl leaving our room, when we reached our door, and she left it opened. I call her back and she just didn't seem to care. Last, we forgot a pouch with my headphones on the table when we checked out. I called that same morning, they told they did see any but they will call the cleaning crew and get in touch with us. They never did. The food from dinner was terrible, unedible.

We apologize we didn't met your expectations.Normally, we have very good feedback about the food, cleaning room and mainly the staff, being that the best valueted. We have taken note in order to analize our service and improve it. Regarding the headphones, we have checked our internal system for lost items but we haven't found them during the dates you were at the hotel. We hope you give us another chance to change your impression of our hotel. Best regards.

Splendida e nuova struttura, a noi ha dato tremendamente fastidio la presenza di mosche, che capisco siano un fenomeno normale in un area verde e naturale, ma non lo sono quando stanno banchettando su quasi tutte le pietanze del buffet ( in Italia ti chiudono la struttura per questo ) ho lamentato ben 3 volte il mio disappunto al personale il quale mi diceva che avrebbero provveduto....peccato....perché l’hotel è bellissimo e ben curato.

L'hotel é una struttura meravigliosa, davanti a una delle spiagge piu belle dell'isola. Tutto nuovo, profumato, personsle sempre cortese ed attento però qualcosa a noi ha dato mllto fastidio...le mosche. Si le mosche sulle pietanze del buffet a cena che stsvano beate sui salami, sui formaggio, su tutto ciò che non era caldo...in Italia per per questo ti fanno chiudere....ma nel segnalarlo per ben 3 sere di seguito ai camerieri abbiamo sempre ricevuto sorrisi e rassicurazioni di riportare ai biss la nostrs lamentela....boh....

Hotel en muy buena localización, me molesto que el hotel no estaba lleno y con lo que cuesta me dijeron que me ofrecían una habitación con vistas a la piscina por 15 euros diarios. El personal de recepción muy bueno (Amparo y Magali) La animación del hotel pésima, cuando hay actuaciones se dirigen al publico en inglés y nada en español En líneas generales todo muy bien, seguro que volveremos

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!! Lo consiglierò sicuramente ad altri. Siamo stati in questa struttura per 5 giorni e devo dire che ci ha stupito positivamente. La struttura è nuovissima (2018) e molto di gusto. Le camere sono molto ampie e moderne. La piscina bellissima come anche i bar e in genere tutte le sale comuni. Molto apprezzato il ristorante sia per le colazioni che per le cene. Anche il prezzo per le cene molto interessante: 50 euro per 3 cene a testa se si acquistava 3 cene. Ovviamente escluse le bevande. Il servizio del personale è stato veramente di qualità. Appena arrivati il, personale della reception ci ha colti con professionalità, cortesia e simpatia e ci ha che offerto da bere. Abbiamo voluto complimentarci con la direzione perché l’hotel ci ha veramente sorpreso e così abbiamo conosciuto la direttrice che è stata molto contenta di parlarci. Persona veramente in gamba!!! Dimenticavo ... l’isola fantastica e tutti molto cortesi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente è lo consiglierò a tutti quelli che conosco.

ottima location che sovrasta la località di Santo Tomas, di nuova costruzione molto ben curata e pulita. il personale presente ma sempre in modo discreto le camere sono ampie e ben organizzate, le serate sono allietate da musica dal vivo. l'hotel è servito da parcheggio ad uso gratuito. noi avevamo la mezza pensione il cibo di buona qualità.

The property was very good in most respects. However I felt that the food choices were a little limited. No hot dessert. Chocolate fountain one evening and then not again. Also lacks small things such as shower caps and tissues in room. Felt it was a bit much asking for a 10 euro deposit for the pool. They should be provided at the pool area. Just small things that stop this being an excellent hotel.
