"Junior Suite, a bit noisy at night as close to the elevators but amazing sea view. Couldn’t get Smart TVs to work and all settings in Spanish (we don’t speak enough to work out technical manual on hols) with no instructions, strangely in both our stays the housekeeping does not provide any tissues. Welcome bottle of mineral water, tea & coffee making facilities in the room with mini fridge (no mini bar service). Excellent range of amenities across the site. B&B package was excellent value for money but remember tourist tax payable at hotel. Lovely friendly and professional staff - but most of all a big shout out to Mandy who was there to give us a very warm welcome on our first stay at end of April and our return stay in mid May. Would definitely recommend this hotel on amenities alone as it caters for everyone, and we loved the pool which like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The restaurant and kitchen staff work very hard to produce a fab breakfast with array of local produce and range of plant-based options snd milks (though the coffees are out of a machine so not very good). "The room had no air conditioning so it was far too hot to sleep. Parking was a nightmare as spaces are very limited so had to find a street away from the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great quality and pigeons leaving faeces in the area which I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but perhaps a cover over the outside area. Staff helpful and friendly and overall modern clean hotel. Disappointed whirlpools on roof were freezing cold."

"Had a fabulous stay, lovely room, great location. Great choices at breakfast. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. We were slightly out of season so not all the beach bars and restaurants were open but we could see they were getting ready to open in the next few days. We still found some lovely restaurants and didn’t have a bad meal. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent. We also booked spa time and a massage which was just what we needed! We will most certainly return"

"Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff."

"We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception. Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room). The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better. All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above. "
