"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. "We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. You have to pay a 500 euro deposit and clean up and remove the dirty...

A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend. "

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "
