Had to wait for about 15-20 minutes at check-in and check-out, they were trying to confirm the payment with expedia. Very inconvenient for the family.

Insgesamt ein wunderbares Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Man kann jederzeit fast alles überblicken und die Ausstattung ist absolut angemessen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen. Nachteile: Der Kaffee ist nicht gut. Auf unserem Zimmer war das Wlan schlecht. Das Getränkeangebot für Kinder umfasst keine Säfte, nur Wasser, Pulvermischungen und Limogeteänke.

genel itibari ile odalar temiz ve hijyen ön planda tutuluyordu. yemekleri güzeldi. fakat bayramda gittiğimizden dolayı her yerde sıra vardı. İçecekler kaliteli değildi. meyve suyu ve kahveler hep makinadan hazır olarak veriliyordu. Büyük havuzunda hiç şemsiye ve gölgelik alan yok, çocuk havuzunda ise şemsiyeler yeterli değil. personel çok ilgili ve sorunlarınızı hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlardı. plajı çocuklar için uygundu.

Впечатления не самые лучшие, приезжаю уже не в первый раз и с грустью отмечаю изменения в худшую сторону. В номерах с уборкой все хорошо, а вот к уборке в ресторане куча вопросов, столы грязные, обувь прилипает к полу. WI-FI работает слабо. Анимация отсутствует. Расположение хорошее, море любимое и это все положительные моменты.

Çocuklu aileler için güzel bir otel, kafa dinlemek için uygun değil, bol çocuk sesi olan mekanda sıkıntı yaratacaktır. Ne de olsa 8 katlı iki blok binada aynı anda 1000 kişiye hizmet veriliyor. Yemeklerde sıcak yemek kuyruğu da kalabalık ortamda sıkıntılı. Oda temizliğinde ve bar hizmetlerinde sorun yok, personeli iyi niyetli, hizmete açık. Şezlongda yer bulabilmeniz için sabah 07 öncesi kalkıp havlunuzu koymanız lazım. Romanya, Bulgaristan, Beyaz Rusya gibi ülke vatandaşlarının rağbet ettikleri ekonomik her şey dahil konseptinde otel.

Otelin konumu güzel. Odalar ve banyosu çok rahat. balkonlar geniş. Çocuk havuzu güzel. Büyük havuz yeterli değil maalesef ama kaydıraklı olması çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Deniz çok dalgalı. Yemekler vasat, cumartesi hariç. O gün resmen çoştular, hem çeşit hem lezzet olarak çok iyiydi. Hizmette sıkıntı yok, gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyordular. Özderede olmasıda çok iyi. Çarşısı güzel, kuşadasına yakın. Özetle çocuklu aileler için bu fiyata çok çok iyi bir tatil seçeneği

Odada bir kesin olmaması olumsuz bir durum ve kapılar çok eski, kapılarda kapıdaki kişiyi görmek için göz yoktu. Yemekler orta düzeyde. Kumsalın ve deniz içinin taşlık olması çok üzücü.agiz tadı ile yuzemedim. Ama ödediğimiz bütçeye göre muadillerine göre çok güzel bir otel Personelleri çok Candan. Yani bu olumsuzluklara rağmen tekrar tercih edebilirim bu oteli.

Tekrar gelmek isterim.

Küçük bir sorun yaşamamıza rağmen halledildi. Grand efe gerçekten özellikle yer olarak otel imkanları olarak çok iyi bir otel. Çocuk havuzu ve çocuk aktivite odaları ve parkı çok güzel. Havuzu güzel. Ama havuzdan ziyade deniz tertemiz sakin çok tenha kumsalı var. Tek sorun biraz yaşlı denizi var. Deniz ayakkabısı ile bu sorun çözülebilir. Temizlik sorunu yok odaları hergün temizliyorlar. Yemek de iyi fakat özellikle kahvaltı da biraz çeşit artırılabilir. Ben en çok otelin yerini ve denizi sevdim.

otelin konumu iyi fakat hizmet vasatın altında

otelde üç gece kaldık ne havuz başında ne deniz kenarında boş şezlong bulamadık. sanki tüm şezlonglar kombine bilet gibi önceden satılmış gibiydi. yemekhanesinde sürekli bir kuyruk oluşuyor. kuyruğa girmeyeyim biraz bekleyeyim derseniz ana yemek bitiyor ve size "bitti efendim" diyerek bir çözüm getiriyorlar. siz de peynir ve türevleriyle yetinmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. bu otele kalabalık gitmenizi tavsiye ediyorum. çünkü herkes bir kuyruğa girer ve böylelikle istediğiniz yemeklere ulaşabilirsiniz yoksa istediğiniz bir şeyi yemek için yarım saat kuyrukta bekliyorsunuz haberiniz olsun.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt !!!

Hallo Urlauber, Wir haben bei diesem Hotel all-inclusive gebucht, dennoch war vieles mit Geld verbunden wie z.b Sauna und kleinere Spiele wie Dart, Tischtennis und co. Das Hotel bietet außer einem kleinen Pool mit 1,35m tiefe und einen pool für Kleinkinder mit 45cm Tiefe nicht viel, das Meer ist zwar sehr schön, sauber/klar und direkt am Hotel aber der Strand ist ziemlich steinig und raubt das Spaß am Schwimmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Getränke und Gerichte sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Auswahl begrenzt aber dennoch waren die Gerichte gut bis zu sehr gut. Das Personal (allgemein) haben einen morischen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen, hilfsbereit und Reinigungsaufgaben wurden dennoch stetig ausgeführt, kurz gesagt, Sie können für ein paar Tage bleiben, aber seien Sie gewarnt sich zu langweilen, wenn Sie einen längeren Urlaub für 1 Woche oder mehr planen.

Denize girebilmek için mutlaka deniz ayakkabısı almalısınız. sahili yok direk taşlı ve kayalıklı denizi var.birden derinleşiyor. otelde yemekler vasat et türü sadece köfte bulabiliyorsunuz. makarnanın pilavın başında bile çalışanlar bekleyip bir kaşık yemek koyuyorlar. otelde herşeyden kısmışlar.odalar küçük ve eskiydi.kablosuz internetten bahsediyorlar ama hiç çekmiyor.bence yok bizi kandırıyorlar.otel haddinden fazla kalabalık geldi. şezlong tutmak için sabahın 4 ünde havlu bırakmanız gerekiyor. aşırı derece almancılar var. yurt dışında yaşıyan türkler anlaşmış gibi bu otele geliyorlar. otelde en fazla 3 gün kalınmalı. çok bi beklentiniz yoksa ve 4 yıldızlı otel olmasını göz önünde bulundurursanız keyfini çıkarın. ben beğenmedim. bir daha tercih etmem. güzel yanıda amatör animasyonları var ve akşam yemeğinde canlı müzik yapıyorlar.
