「The property was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated having a TV with DirecTV. Unfortunately, the cabin itself left quite a bit to be desired.
The construction and overall finish felt poorly done, with noticeable gaps in the wood flooring. The shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool while using it. Cleanliness was also a concern—the towels provided during our stay were visibly dirty, with clumps of makeup and hair on them, which was particularly disappointing.

「3rd stay, always nice clean comfortable stay. Host are very accommodating to your needs. You can feed deer right off balcony, corn supplied. Views are amazing. This place is always inviting for nice relaxing stay!」
「The grounds were nice at this property. Great place/area to relax and unwind. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some things that were an inconvenience: no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen, no bath salts/bubble bath soap for freestanding bathtub, bath towels were kid sized, old, and smelled like feet/funky, lightbulbs missing from patio, light in the nook didn’t work so couldn’t read up there after dark, no cream for coffee, and puddle of water forms in the refrigerator top rack. 「We had such a wonderful anniversary weekend at ParcBlu! It was clean, quiet, cozy, and the full coffee bar was such an unexpected treat. We also loved how close it was to downtown Fredericksburg. We would absolutely stay here again and would love to try one of their larger spaces next time!」
「Room was clean but few items needed repair. The bathroom was dated, no room to put ones toiletries. Room was a bit crowded as it was small for the furniture and appliances in it. Overall it was a good value proposition.」
「This was the best property we have ever stayed in at Fredericksburg, Texas! The property was absolutely five stars! Everything about it was absolutely lovely. It was spacious, it was clean. It was perfectly decorated, check in and check out with seamless, David was an absolute gentleman at check-in and check out, and the giant Jacuzzi and fireplace were to die for. Oh, and one last thing, the location was excellent!」
