「Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.」

「The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

「Good location with a downtown trolley bus stopping right outside. Clean and tasteful rooms. The receptionist Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. Good value for money motel that l would stay at again if l go overnight to Eureka Springs.」

「Great location for staying in Eureka. Breakfast was great at the on-site restaurant. Trolley stop is on property and you can purchase a day (or two) pass. No tissues in the room. Also, “whitener” as cream for your coffee was a little curious. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「We stayed 3 nights and I can’t get back there soon enough! We were only scheduled for 2 nights but loved it so much we extended our stay- we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The room we stayed in was Raphael and I cannot say enough good about it. The balcony was my favorite. It was huge and had a porch swing as well as 2 other chairs. We could hear the water fountain, the wind chimes, and the birds chirping all from our room and balcony. We saw a deer stop and drink from the fountain and had a...

「Yes But the liamp on the left side of the bed was previously broken and presented a short circuit hazard so I unplugged it and never used it. 」

「Very clean room, staff was friendly, getting ice was a little issue as there wasn’t any. Hot water in the shower was a little tricky but all in all was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again 」

「The folks here were so great. I told them it was my husband’s birthday and they went all out, without even asking or anything. They made us feel welcome and special and weren’t overbearing or anything. Was a great treat of a place to spend a stormy night. 」
