Parador was exactly what we wanted. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is wonderful and we looked forward to the breakfast each day. Perched on a hill near the City fort, the views were amazing. Walking up the hill provided exercise but helpful taxis were also available in the town center circle when needed. The property is in need of some bathroom maintenance but everything was clean.

La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia, pero haría los baños más accesible cambiando las bañeras por platos de ducha. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo en el buffet del desayuno.

Spacious room, awesome breakfast with a stunning view, comfortable common space, mostly friendly staff, and terrific location. However, the hotel is def rundown as stated by other guests. It was clean but outdated, in need of paint job, etc. but clean.

On a hill overlooking Melilla harbour, the fortress and the art nouveau and art deco areas, the Parador is a quaint throwback to the 1930s when it was built. Food is good and service excellent for lunch or dinner with local Meliilan dishes which blend Moroccan and Spanish influences.

Old fashioned 3 * hotel.

Was ok, old hotel, would have been great years ago. The pool is only open for short periods of time, breakfast was Ok. Air con was ok but did not get the room super cold. Staff were friendly and the Waiter staff were great.

We had a lovely stay at Parador de Melilla. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, excellent attention to detail. Buffet breakfast was varied. There was a lovely pool. The Hotel in general has a very Grand vintage feel for affordable prices

The view from my room at sunset was spectacular. I was only there overnight due to a layover on my way home from Málaga. The young lady that checked me in was kind, attentive and helpful. The next morning when checking out the attendant was asleep on a lobby sofa which caught me off guard.

Las vistas a Melilla y al Puerto son fenomenales. Al hotel le falta una buena puesta al día de pintura. El desayuno estupendo. Dada la ubicación del hotel, deberían plantearse un servicio de bonos para accedera al hotel en taxi, al menos desde el principio de la cuesta, donde hay una parada de Taxi.

We had a flight cancellation and messaged the hotel via hotels.com to inform them that we would be arriving the next day and not to cancel our booking. When we arrived the man on reception spoke no English and we were lucky to have our daughter to translate. He offered us a room (not as good as the one we booked). We were then charged again as he said they had not received the money from Hotels.com. The swimming pools were closed for maintenance. The only room they could offer was in the basement, the bathroom was scruffy and in need of maintenance and the room was stinking of cigarettes. The hotel was very dated. We didn’t stay the night and asked for a full refund. Very disappointed.

Excelente trato por parte del personal, limpieza exaustiva en todas las ubicaciones, panorámica excelente de toda la ciudad, silencio y tranquilidad absolutos. Las instalaciones se han quedado obsoletas, le haría falta una pequeña puesta a punto. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Melilla.

Our hotel stay was lovely. The room was large and well equipped and the view from the balcony was awesome. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The restuarant menu although small is also very good. I found all the staff very helpful and obliging . The only downside of our stay is that the hotel pool is closed (which is notified in advance ...seasonal pool) but as the temperature is 26/28 degrees it seems ridiculous that they dont open it. Additionally what we didnt realise is that it also means all of the outdoor area is closed. They really are missing a trick as bar/lunch sales would be much higher if the outdoor areas were open. Saying all this, we still had a wonderful stay and would come back
