El hotel se encuentra muy descuidado en mantenimiento, la cancha de futbol abandonada, le falta pintura, el restaurante es bueno, abandonadas las fuentes pues no funcionan , NUNCA prenden la luz en las piscinas y se ve muy feo.

Muy regular , había pedido reserva con desayuno y no quedó , la habitación con toallas horribles y sucias, ninguna mesa de noche del ara dejar los celulares y temas personales al lado de la cama; solo tres asoleadoras para 260 personas, realmente mucho que desear para ser un “resort”; el comedor La gente con las bandejas sin poder apoyarlas en ningún lado, cada día a alguien se Le caía y rompía todo; como no hay una línea para poner las bandejas

I loved that the resort was private and very secure. It was also very peaceful and relaxing and close to the commerical areas. The worst part of our stay would have to be our experience with the wait staff. The service was extremely slow and most of the staff seemed new and very unknowledgeable.

Pit Stop Only

The resort should not be called that. It is an overly large dilapidated hotel with very large but old rooms long past its heydey. For the price paid it was not with it. The pros were location, decent dinner, and a nice river nearby. But this hotel does not qualify as a destination... Use it only if travelling by car and want somewhere decent to stay for one night in Melgar.

Estuvimos en el Hotel hace muchos años y las instalaciones eran mucho mejores, ahora están bastante deterioradas. Nos impresionó la oscuridad del Hotel en horas de la noche en las áreas comunes, corredores, parqueadero, aún en la piscina. Creo que sería importante que al hacer la reservase informara que en el hotel se cobrará el impuesto hotelero y cuánto es el total para ir mejor preparado.

Hotel viejo, feo e incomodo

El hotel tuvo mejores tiempos, muy mal estado, las habitaciones son terrible en su estado, adicionalemnet era una habitación de dos camas y una de ellas era una cama auxiliar para niño así que me toco dormir comp momia sin moverme, acabados viejos y desgastados, no hay agua caliente, muy feo todo

Satisfechos

Muy buena atención. Existió algo de confusión en cuanto a la reserva ya que se estaba cobrando una tarifa más alta que el precio con el que se compró el servicio, pero no hubo mayor inconveniente. Se sugiere mejorar el menú del restaurante y la conexión wi-fi que es pésima.

limpio comodo

lo unico malo es que el hotel ofrece servicios de pasadia es decir todos lo que quieren ir a piscina fuera del hotel llegan alli para pasar su dia , deberian tener una piscina independiente para el personal que se queda en el hotel , ya que pagamos por esta comodidad .. mucha gente . por lo demas bien .

De resort no tiene nada

Bastante decepcionante. Al llegar a pesar de que el hotel estaba prácticamente desocupado nos hicieron esperar hasta las 3 pm pars hacer el check in (llegamos a las 11 am), esto se puede obviar, pero hubo varias cosas que no nos gustaron. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, la recepción tenía una gotera, el baño de la habitación tenía remiendos en el techo, la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y en muy mal estado, la ducha era un chorro de agua fría. A pesar de haber 2 piscinas, los 2 primeros días cerraron una y no había suficientes mesas o sillas pars los bañistas. Para finalizar, los precios que salen en la carta son menores a lo que finalmente cobran en la factura. Lo único que salvamos es el servicio de David, el muchacho que atendía en la piscina. Definitivamente este establecimiento de resort no tiene nada.

Viejas y buenas areas comunes

Es mas costoso reservando por internet que reservar en sitio. Adicionalmente en sitio facturan un valor de impuestos que no se aclara al momento de reservar. Reserve con tres camas, entregaron solo dos, la habitacion no tiene closet ni cajilla de seguridad.

Muy central, grandes piscinas pero sucias.

Cuarto Duplex sin a/c en el 2 piso, sucio, toallas viejas, goteras del techo, TV anticuada, agua helada, lavamanos mal instalado. El señor de la recepción dijo que no necesitaba aire acondicionado en el 2 piso por qué solo éramos 2 personas y no 6 como pueden caber en ese tipo de cuarto, pero yo sí pague precio para 6. Qué decepción de hotel.
