This hotel is really old that we got suprised when we saw the model of the air-con. U can always find some hints at the conrner of furnitures while the room seemed to look good overall. What suprised us more was that NO free wifi was provided. The location is excellent though.

AVOID BOOKING THIS PROPERTY UNLESS REALLY CHEAP, They are absolutely taking the piss during peak time (Melbourne GP) and charging way too much for what is on offer. When it says "Sleeps 3", it's a lie, it doesn't. They expect the 3rd person to sleep on a dirty sofa (not sofa bed), without sheets, pillow, towels, etc. We had clearly booked for 2 adults and a child. It's dirty, dusty, old, holes in the walls, kitchen not equipped, even more worrying is the smoke alarm removed, so none in the whole apartment. Its NOTHING like the pictures advertised on the site. Reception only attended between 9am and 1pm. After hours call centre Staff absolutely rude and condescending. We eventually got given clean sheets to put on the sofa after a really long time on the phone. It then took 45 min for them to bring to the room.

Good space but dishes and bathtub were unclean, our original room had cockroaches in it but they gave us a new room which was good. Reception hours were confusing. Missing toiletries. The bedding was comfortable. Good location with nearby public transport stops. The fridge was too cold and froze most of our drinks. Overall it was okay.

The room was presented decently well but had some issues. The biggest being the situation around the climate control. Despite being set to its lowest temperature and highest fan speed, it did not meaningfully reduce the temperature of the room. In addition to this there are no fans or openable windows in the room to alleviate this issue. Some of the bedroom lights would not turn on. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms had fallen off its wall mount. In terms of amenities, the TV was very basic (very small in size and with no provision for loading streaming services). In terms of presentation, the only notable issue was the presence of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Apart from these things, the room was very spacious, comfortable and nice. The bathrooms were very nice and well appointed with a spa. There was a nice kitchen and laundry room. The service at reception was polite, effective and pleasant.

The whole apartment is very much in need of update. Kitchen cupboards are dirty. Can’t believe we have to do dishes or you will charge $50. 😩 Upon arrival, no one on reception.

The apartment itself was fine. Had to call four times and waited on the phone out the front for over 10 minutes before a real person answered the phone to check me in. There were some trash/wrappers left in the bedroom from a previous guest?

First room was nothing like the online photos. There was one very small window making the room small and dingy. There were also steps in the corridor leading to the room,301, not good as I walk with a cane and steps are a problem. Thanks to Tammy, she arranged to move us to another room with did reflect the online photos and no steps. Made the rest of our stay more enjoyable,

A full kitchen. Large room. Separate bedroom and office area. Hint. Just check beforehand, as they are often not at reception and you need to get a code for a key box at the door outside. And text some ID. Painful for sure.

There was a holes in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it. The pillows were very soft and I looked in the wardrobe and there were three yellow stained pillows with no covers People were running up and down the hallway most the night.

It served its purpose as a quick over night stay but I wouldn’t be rushing back. The front desk closed at 1pm even though when I booked it said different. Didn’t have storage room for our luggage once we checked out which made difficult. For the rest of our day as our flight wasn’t until 5pm. The gentlemen on the front desk was fanatic, helping us out where to find storage lockers at southerner cross station.
