Honestly, the standard of cleanliness & service matched that of a 5* hotel. The staff were really welcoming & friendly so check in/out was seamless. My room was absolutely spotless & I had the best nights sleep on that super comfy mattress! It was also surprisingly quiet for the location. The attention to detail was impressive. There’s even a folder with the menu, general info & a list of local attractions & eateries which would be perfect for travellers unfamiliar with the area. I highly recommend this hotel & I’ll definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities are great, especially for kids. Staff in the restaurant lovely. However the only disappointment was the staff who checked me in, she clearly hated her job and didn’t want to be there, seriously unfriendly and unpleasant. Overall will be back again in future!
