very noisy in the morning starts @6am till 9am

The worst I ever had was during my ten days stay, there are rubbish/loading station just located opposite at the side of the building; unfortunately our two bedrooms are facing this direction, so the terrible and disturbing noises started from the very early morning until 9 am or so every day; there were only 3 toilet paper rolls on site for total 10 days stay as well as the complimentary tea and coffee; we requested for new supply but it never been given then. They offer free cleaning after 1 week stay, but just changed towels and bedsheets; no vacuum at all I can still see visible hairs and dusts around the unit especially in the toilets. However, the whole entire building is very new and public access to the city is quite convenient, especially there are two supermarkets located at the same street within a 1 min walking distance to get whatever you want!

Good apartment overall

Teri is a new apartment, reception only work for 11:00am to 8:00pm . Only 20 mins by walk to the City . The tram station just 3mins walk from the apartment. Tram no, 12 only take four stop to southern cross station . Everything is so convenient cafes and supermarkets just next of the apartment . And the South Melbourne Market only fees minutes walk from the apartment. But after 4:30pm the street and that area will become quite all shop close . Only one thing for me , The WiFi not so good on my first night . so I ask their staff to improve the WiFi on my second day , She is very nice and helpful to improve the WiFi For me .So the WiFi is good service in my other days . I will stay again .

There were issues with check in. I arrived after hours with guidence to retrieve a key. The key was not left out and I was not able to get into the room. A partial resolution with a refund of that nights stay and cover for the additional cost of the room. I was not out of pocket for my stay. I was not happy with the handling of the issue and I felt the difficulty and tiredness I experienced that evening and the following day was not apprieciated or compensated for. I felt a further discount on the stay was warrented. The managers did not agree. The room itself was as I expected for the cost. There is some mould in the shower and the fixtures are cheap. The onsite staff we pleasent and were apologetic for the difficulty. The gave me a bottle of wine as an apology. Email and phone communication with the property manager was less ideal. I felt dismissed and under valued as I had booked through Expedia.

The apartment was perfect for my family and our dog — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The only drawback was some noise from the alleyway early in the morning. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A big shout-out to Lindsay, who went above and beyond to resolve a minor mix-up with our apartment number during check-in. She was professional, efficient, and made the process completely stress-free.

It's in a good position but there were some issues. While the facility claims it has a customer service line, which is only available in restricted daytime hours, in reality it's hard to get anybody to answer. If you have an issue after hours or during the weekend (eg plumbing) you're on your own. Also, take you're own toilet paper!

We enjoyed the location but our room was very tired and the bathroom requires a deep clean as there was a build up of mould in the shower. The noise from the dumpster area was not great every morning at 6am from the rear of the supermarket, a room on any other side would be better.

I’ve stayed here many times before, but this recent visit was very disappointing. I booked the same type of room as usual (2 bed, 2 bath), but the space was much smaller compared to my previous stays. The shower booth was tiny, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. It sprayed directly toward the door, leaving water all over the floor after even a quick shower. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever seen. They were completely flat, almost like folded bed sheets. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience and I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.
