Close to everything.

Hotel Sorrento was a wonderful place to stay, the room was lovely. The Hotel is close to Main Street and has water views. We had dinner at the Restaurant which was superb.

We had a wonderful stay and the room was well appointed and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay. Food in the front bar was overpriced for the quality, only thing that let the visit down. The staff and service across the hotel was excellent and included breakfast was nice.

No after hours service. Needed toiletries as they hadnt filled previous day. Ran out of toilet paper and no one to call. Pathetic service. Asked for breakfast pack to leave early in morning no real option . They only gave us fruit and forgot our orange juice, etc. Didnt even offer cereal. Pathetic.

Property failed to honour booking made and confirmed with WOTIF. Property also failed to return 2 phone calls made on morning of check in, asking to confirm booking. All efforts were made by me to ensure a great weekend away for my WIFEs birthday. Property and booking service failed me completely and have offered nothing to rectify the situation. Bad service and bad form. Means no money will be spent with either WOTIF or Hotel Sorrento in the future. I will also use my customer right to denounce both businesses in all future conversations

Disappointed that the roof top bar which was recommended to us to visit wasn’t open, as this was a staff member who suggested it was very surprised that they didn’t know what was happening. The staff in the bar area that was open (only one out of 3 bars) were very rude. Other staff at the restaurant and reception were all very pleasant. The room was lovely, don’t think I will be rushing back any time soon.....

Room number 3 has the most amazing large veranda sweeping views of the water. Sit on the banana lounges and soak it all in. Check in staff was a gorgeous lady. Wonderful customer service skills
