古舊不失優雅建築外貌，房間十分整潔，廚具保養得宜，乾衣洗衣機齊全。 雖然公寓內沒有當值員工，但仍能用電話及電郵聯絡他們，亦提供良好服務。 附近有大量食肆及一家超市，十分方便。 一街之隔有電車站及地鐵站。

Lovely apartment, good size with high ceilings and nice pool in a great location. Had a problem with the AC during my stay, but the team did their best to help fix that and provided fans as a short term solution.

Didn’t like that we had no natural sunlight into the apartment and adjacent apartments could see into our bedrooms. A few too many stairs when carrying luggage.

Hi Megan, thank you for your review, however, as advertised online the courtyard apartment is located on the basement level. Although the apartment doesn't receive natural light as higher rooms. The room is dressed with a warm & cosy layout which guests enjoy.

Stunning historical building. Nice little on-site cafe.Clean. The actual suite was modern and clean, but a little cramped and the hanging space was taken up by cleaning equipment. And not a big fan of the digital check-in, which necessitated a number of calls to clarify entry and access to building.

Quit location. Extremely clean apartment. Great for family weekend stay. Giant tv , comfortable beds and couch. The building needs some TLC but don’t let that put you off staying in this beautiful old building

Spacious and Comfy
Accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to the central shopping area in the city. Tip: book the restaurant of your choice before your trip as they are fully booked on the weekends. This is my new favorite apartment in Melbourne and I recommend it to anyone for business trips or family trips.

Great value in fantastic location
Very comfortable stay in the heart of Melbourne for the budget conscious. Close to Chinatown, the Theatres and Lygon St. Our apartment was nicely apointed with everything you could possibly need including a large HDTV. Very comfy bed and couch! I have already booked our next stay.

No staff on site, very convoluted check in procedure and people who made contact personally spoke little or zero English. The only heater was a small electric fan heater on the floor. Won't be coming back.

Hi Russell,We appreciate your review. We have updated our check in procedure to a digital key system which is directed by our staff and no longer outsourced to an external key drop off service. This has shown great success now offering a smooth self check in system.
