Our stay was really nice, the staff were really lovely and accomodating. Only had one slight issue with the door in the bathroom automatically locking from the inside. But aside from that the stay was perfect!

We had a good time staying in the apartment. Retrieving of key into the apartment was smooth and easy. Comfortable and utensils are available for cooking. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Easy access to places as the tram station is just in front and Flinders Street Station is just a few mins walk away. The only issue was noise as we were allocated at level 2, near to the back street of the eateries. Fairly noisy during the wee hours as vehicles were into the back street, either loading or unloading.

Danny's lost the plot

The hotel staff were great (at the start) and the apartment was in a great condition but the building manager Danny has lost the plot which made a great experience a terrible one as he lost the plot about my car that is 1.9m tall not meeting the max of 2.3m in the carpark which it clearly did. I was happy not to park in the carpark as I informed him if it would be an issue but he decided that wasn't good enough and started swearing his head off calling me a ****** idiot etc. He then decided that it would be a good idea to punch the tray of my ute as I was leaving which I'm sure would've came off worse for him then the ute but it did dent the tray. Not happy about this interaction and the apartment staff were not helpful in this regard providing his information for my insurance to chase up with him regarding the dented tray as he is obviously the building manager (Not Apartment manager) and they are scared to even stand up for their own customers to him. The apartment staff member saw the whole thing as well. Always run a 5 star review but this is the first time I've had to drop 1 star, wasn't a great way to end my trip to Melbourne at all.

We had appt 104 that was directly over a popular laneway( not stated ) very noisy plus also had service trucks from 05:00 am. So if it’s a relaxing stay you are wanting, this is not the place. Also tiny balcony and bathroom were very dirty.
