This was my second stay at these apartments and it was a much better experience this time. Great service and front office couldn’t have been more helpful. Just an ideal location and perfect for the Grand Prix. Can’t wait to go back there

Great location & excellent communication from Camilla at reception. The room was spacious & bed ultra-comfortable. Lovely having a balcony & it felt very private. Be aware that if you require parking it is accessed in the street behind the hotel & the room key is required to enter & exit. Overall had a great stay and good value for money.

John was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating too. We booked the studio room and it was very comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer, and also the kitchenette. The location was perfect, close to food and public transport. Very convenient as we travelled around using public transport.

Location was excellent for what we needed. The room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and outdoor furniture were covered in dust/dirt and wasn't able to go out onto the balcony or use the furniture. No view faced a brick wall and AC units. Room smelt really bad. Arrived after hours but the instructions were excellent including getting into the car parking. Car parking $30 per night was expensive in my opinion.

repeatedly asked about delivery of orange juice with my continental breakfast, only to be told by the front desk they would ask the owner if more could be ordered. They have cases of it in the luggage room I saw this past week. Owner was never asked either. Also my breakfast is left on the dirty floor outside my apt. What happened to knocking and putting in the refrigerator? Gone from being OK to a place I wouldn't recommend.

Older property with carpet in the hall ways worn, tiles in kitchen loose on the floor, kitchen fan broken, pool has been closed for months and months even prior to CV-19, gym also closed because they might have to do additional cleaning, front desk always with a smart answer, this property also removed any Expedia VIP benefits and when they did honor it they were very inconsistent in delivery. If you get any mail delivered here during your stay it might get returned because they are too lazy to check the mailbox and if you do get any package notices you have to go to the post office to get them and they have the maintenance guy deliver the notice who bangs on your door like the police doing a raid. I’ll continue to suggest my friends and colleagues avoid this property and will post my comments on other social media sites to suggest having them avoid staying here. There are much better options that I will be exploring for next time and I’ll suggest they do the same.

清潔工作應該要再加強、可以考慮更換一些設備

跟兩年前的住宿體驗比起來差太多了，走道有很重的霉味，房間味道也有酸酸的味道，廁所垃圾桶是壞的根本無法踩要用手開、房間裡的設備也變老舊了、並沒有充分的清潔乾淨、洗衣機跟烘乾機已經老舊也變髒了、熱水壺裡面污垢明顯這次根本不敢用、床鋪變的有點塌陷，跟之前的經驗落差很大、唯一的優勢是地點很好、附近什麼都有很方便。

剛到逹的第一天便停電，還好沒影響心情。本身訂5人房，預計當中有一位要用褶床，搞笑的是酒店人員把摺床放在客廳位置，而不放在空間不少的書房。除了單人床位窄了些少，還有就是星期日不會有人清理房間之外，其他還好吧。

"Bad Experience", "Beware of Hidden Charges "!!

Amity's accomodation price is reasonable but the reception staff is terrible. On the day I arrived at Amity, the staff was ridiculously impolite. I never knew that a customer is supposed to be served in such a manner. Also, when I booked Amity, the booking said Amity will have free wifi. I also double checked on Amity's own website just in case, and the website states that Amity provides free wifi for hotel guests . But when I went up to the room, and connect to the wifi , I was so surprised as there was *two options to select. The first one was a complimentary internet access for up to 3 devices & 1GB data in 24 hrs. The other selection is to pay $10 to upgrade the internet access plan so there can be internet access for up to 8 device & 5GB data until the data ends . To be honest, it's not about the money, it's just $10. It's about Amity not being honest to the consumers. Their description led to misinterpretation. When it said free wifi, I assumed that it was free and unlimited. Furthermore, when you check out, remember to clean up everything including rubbish and wash all dishes because they can charge you if they want ,so please be careful, and follow every rule in this 'fabulous' apartment hotel. Just to note, after my complaint, Amity voided my wifi charges but asked me to note that in the future when I stay with Amity Apartment Hotels the above conditions will apply. To conclude, this apartment hotel has many hidden charges that everyone should watch out for.

Convenient location and spacious rooms

Good and convenient location. Space of apartment is sufficient to accommodate 4 person, but the 2nd bedroom don't have the ventilation (air-conditioning) that caused uncomfortable at night especially in summer time.

quite close to south yarra station, about 5min. walking distance nearby supermarket also about 5min. walking distance staff is polite and helpful free wifi with strong signal, but only have limited usage and not more than three devices is allowed

子供と一緒だったのでキッチン、洗濯機付きはとても助かった。皿、なべ、塩胡椒、洗剤も用意してあり長期滞在におすすめ。ただレセプションが平日10時から4時までしか空いていないのでそれ以外の時間のチェックインは事前にメールでやり取りする必要がある。
