We arrived Melbourne in early morning and noticed that the open hour of this apartment is 7am thus we chose it. However when we arrived there at 7:30am there were no people at reception. Thus we called the number shown at the door and got very impolite response, kept asking us to be patient and told us the reception should have been opened. We waited outside the door for like 15mins and finally one staff opened the door for us, though she could not help us check in, at least we can then wait at a warmer area. Finally the staff arrived at 8:15am and helped us check in, while we could not feel any apologies from them. We would really prefer leaving if we did not pay in full at hotels.com previously.
Besides the bad service, the location of the apartment is not good at all, far from all tourists attractions and not close to any tram stations.
