"Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody. "

"The rooms are in bad condition. The lock on the door was jammed and required physically kicking the door after unlocking, due to the lock being stuck. Sink stopper was stuck shut so water could not drain. AC/Heater did not work. The room was eery, no furniture, just the bed. At 2 am I woke up to the lobby manager blaring the TV. Went to get water, the property does not sell bottled water. Only hotel I ever asked for a refund."
