Keys not in lock box by specified time. Room spotless (Iacking a table) and very good amenities. Having booked with Expedia I resent having to email a copy of my license and provide my credit card details over the phone prior to check in. Will not do again.

Check in was very easy. Lovely and helpful staff. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Tv wasn't working but was fixed as soon as we let staff know. Kettle needs replacing though. Went to make a cuppa and luckily I checked inside before filling. Inside was black!

Setting was very nice; rolling hills, cattle & horses. Our Jack Russell was very interested! The cottage is compact but well appointed, although one of our company thought the bunk bed could have been a bit more comfortable. A good pick for a pre-Christmas family stay.

Worse accommodation experience.
The photos on hotel.com shows a cabinet with a double bed and 2 bunks bed.( I also leave msg said we have 2 adults and 1 child). When we arrived, its a super small room with 2.bunk beds. Super disappointed...we had to spend a hour to find another place to stay......we would like our refund...
