The community is very new and there is on going construction noises. We were surprised by it all at first because there was no mention of construction noises in the booking details. "This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. It’s a family run small operation by the beach and it’s walkable to the main road, where you find everything including a bus stop for those free EV buses to airport! Nhien, is the host and we communicate thru WhatsApp. She also works at the associated bar by the beach and it’s just relaxing environment.
