Unfreundlicher Hotelchef-trotz akzeptablem Zimmer

Unfreundlicher Hotelchef, kein sachliches Gespräch möglich gewesen, war der einzige Gast im Hotel, wäre besser gewesen, wenn er mir im Vorfeld abgesagt hätte, wenn der Chef persönlich schon keine Lust auf Gäste hatte

Wäre der Chef nicht der Chef wäre es vielleicht...

Hallo also der Chef war direkt von der ersten Sekunde an sehr unfreundlich. Daher kann ich das Hotel Persönlich nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr klein auf gebaut und nicht viel Auswahl. Das einzig gute am Frühstück sowie der Aufenthalt war das sei einen Grosse Auswahl an Früchten hatten :D Der Pool war maximal 5 Meter lang

Pænt og rent men noget slidt- det samme uden for, hvor omgivelserne er dejlige men uplejede. Fint lille poolområde, hvor fliserne trænger til en gang rens. Meget veludstyret motionsrum. Elskværdig betjening.

Un neurologue pour le directeur!

Le directeur a été odieux et grossier au moment du départ. Il ne trouvait pas la trace de notre paiement, alors que je lui en montrais deux. La plateforme ne lui avait pas envoyé. Nous avons eu droit à des insultes (sch…e, f…ck), des accusations d’utiliser une fausse carte, des menaces d’appeler la police, et de nous coincer à la réception pendant 2-3 jours. Tout en criant qu’il n’avait pas le temps de s’occuper du paiement des clients! J’ai dû contacter moi-même Hotels.com (qu’il affirmait ne pas connaître) pour récupérer une preuve de paiement. Nous avons enfin pu partir au bout d’une heure. Cet homme doit se faire soigner. Son système nerveux est en très mauvais état!

Nie wieder!

Beim Checkin (20:00) hatte ich den Eindruck ungelegen zu kommen. So ein arrogantes und unfreundliches Verhalten ist mir in den letzten 200 Hotelaufhenthalten nicht begegnet. Dieses Hotel mag schöne Zimmer haben aber ich lass mich nicht beim einchecken anmaulen.

Der Chef ist wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Ansonsten ist das Sporthotel wirklich sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Alles ist veraltet und die Handtücher wollten wir gar nicht erst benutzen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort zum Glück denn länger hätte ich es wirklich nicht ausgehalten. Was tolle ist, ist die wunderbare Lage in Meersburg, denn wenn man ein Zimmer mit Balkon hat kann man sehr schön die Aussicht genießen. Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Ansonsten erwartet man natürlich für diesen Preis etwas viel Besseres.
