"After difficulty finding and getting to the barge. (I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "The hotel is modern and clean; our room was generous in size with a comfortable king-size bed. It is located within an easy walk (even with roller-luggage) of the St Jean rail station. However, it is absurdly difficult to identify the hotel when driving a car whose navigation system has the address. Better to park at the railway station and call the hotel desk for help."
