The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected."

Both the cable channels and WiFi were completely unusable. Two staff members visited our room, but the issues persisted for three days, leaving us with only a few channels. It was also frustrating not being able to use our Firestick due to the constant "Web page Error." We were told the manager would call, but it's been three days since check-out, and we haven't heard anything. We've just booked another 3 night stay, but at another hotel."

"As soon as i got there the glass doors were filthy. There is a horrific smell wofting through the hallways. There are no electric doors. Is there an elevator in this place? It does not seem handicap accessible to me. Also, the hallway carpet was filthy. Left for an evening out, front desk guy was sleeping. Bathrooms in room were great, except they obviously did not know what painters tape was. Room was tidy. "
