「The property was overbooked. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was not able to check-in and didn’t get my money refunded either. Had to make another reservation at the last minute and pay for that too. This property is not trustworthy. 」

「None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay」

The address provided is the check-in point and the actual living location is another place, the location of ours is just 2 minutes walk from the point. The setting in the room is good but can be better. No hair dryer unless by request. I cannot find any wifi at public area mentioned. If you concern about security issues, please consider about it as all windows cannot be locked even though the security in the city seems...

「The location is different from the address on Google map, making it difficult to find the place. It's actually in a quite residential area, about 20 min walk to the medina. The room is spacious which can fit 5 people, but the bathroom has a strong cleaning liquid smell. The staffs are boys from the restaurants next door. They're sweet! If you need towel or anything, just go find them next door.」

「I just booked this riad 4 days ago, but was told it had been closed. I don't know why it was still exist in hotels.com website, and it could be booked successfully with fully payment, and it was claimed to be guaranteed.
