Checked in around 8PM.
Front desk does not have customer service at all, it was like he is being forced to be there.
Wi-Fi does not work at all.
Bathroom smelled of sewage.
And to end the mattresses are rock hard and uneven.
However, hotel location is really good. Housekeeping staff are really great and quick if you need anything.
Please remember to bring a air freshener!!
Please stay away from this hotel as much as you can. Poor service, the place is not clean, elevator and hallways smells so bad. Rooms are very small and sophisticated. Its just close to the masjid nabawi other than that no need to spend.
Not the best hotel. Just stayed for one night. You can get tea on the ground floor. It is a cheaper hotel but the room was not nice and would not recommend the place. The staff were ok but we did not like the room.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Bed covers and pillow covers were dirty, had to request for them to be changed.
There were no electricity in the rooms for hours.
There were no internet/ service available for one of the room, while the other room had it but very slow.
The rooms were NOT soundproof, despite claiming they were.
Receptionists were NOT friendly. They only gave 1 key card per room even though we had 3 people stay in the same room (its standard to give at least 2 key cards). I requested for another, but they refused to give it.
The entire hotel had a weird smell and was very outdated.
There were no kettles.
The only good thing was the location and the staff member during the night shift on 4th floor.
Check in is very time consuming.
Room is very congested for the prices we paid.
Towels were given upon request.
Check out staff even did not bother to speak even and just waved hand to point the place where we should put our key. It was overpriced experience. We had better treatment in US for same amount.
Lack of customer service and massive communication barrier. Rooms are very dirty and below average in all aspects for a hotel expectations.
The only reason for stay was last minute but next time it’s not something that I will choose to stay at.
The absence of adequate customer service coupled with significant communication hurdles was disappointing. The rooms were unacceptably dirty and fell short of basic hotel standards in various aspects. While my stay was only due to last-minute circumstances, I won't opt for this accommodation in the future.
Horrible experience. Check in time was 4pm but reciption counter says 5 30 pm and shouted and misbehaved with guest at reciption . At least 50 guest with children and old people was lying on the floor as could not provide room on time. Rude behaviour
of local Arab receptionist ashtonished me.
Health and safety is not at all maintained in the room. Poor bathroom .
Bad smell was coming from room and scared about CO2 Poisoning from toilet .
No bath room towell was provided on check in, and after 6 hrs they provided towell.
In mid night , 4 times fire alarm activated and no action . Disturbing sleep and scary at night causing heart palpitations.
Need to go for rigorous inspection for health and safety issue pluse management issue .
DO NOT BOOK WITH GRAND ZOWAR WHATSOEVER! The building and staff is terrible! The people/agency that book with this hotel are ill mannered people. There were multiple fights, the lobby and floors were full of people shouting and fighting. I checked in at 4pm and checked out at 11pm and it only took that long because it took time to find a new hotel. The hotel is refusing to refund me.
Both rooms were in an unsanitary condition. We found used tissues discarded on the floor, which had evidently been used by previous occupants to blow their noses. This strongly indicated that the rooms had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were unmade, and the bathrooms lacked toiletries and showed no signs of having been cleaned.
Air Quality: The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and smoke, which caused severe discomfort for both myself and my children. The air quality was so poor that my children experienced difficulty breathing.
Safety Concerns: On the day of our check-in (March [date]), the fire alarm on our floor was repeatedly triggered, creating a disruptive and alarming environment. Additionally, the elevators were non-operational, which added to the challenges we faced.
Albergo piuttosto datato e affollato, molto vicino al Masjid Miqat(unica nota positiva)
Camere rumorose e poco pulite
Economico ma poco consigliato.
Parcheggio in loco gratuito
