However, lots of small things that be can easily be taken care of caused lots of inconvenience: - Horrible WiFi - Refrigerator freezes everything - Elevator Up buttons don’t work on any floor which forces the person to go down then back up - Room with 3 beds is tiny - Loose bathroom sink and anchored incorrectly - Room door doesn’t close shut; have to push it in - Shower floor divider is too short causing water to overflow to the whole bathroom floor - Carpets are dirty (visible stains)

room was small but very clean. had everything what you may need. breakfast was very good. location was excellent. 2 mins from mosque. staff was friendly. lifts were small and crowded in the peak time. so had to give some extra time at prayer times. may book it again next time when going to Madina.

I wish I stumbled across this hotel before. I loved every bit, wished I stayed longer. I would definitely come to this hotel again in when I next visit. Very convenient- masjid al nabawi is right at the doorstep and the view from my room I could see the mosque which helped a lot when finding a quiet time to go visit the mosque. Staff were lovely too.

Golden tulip Al Zahabi

The location of Golden Tulip Al Zahabi is unbeatable convenient and accessible to Haram, I booked two rooms during my stay. One was acceptable, but the second room was uncomfortably small for two people. We could barely fit our luggage in, and there was very little space to move around. The size of the room was a real issue. I asked many times to change the room but had no luck. Breakfast was good.

Every was great, very close to women’s gate and walking distance to Haram. Only compromise are rooms are very small not much space for luggage or very to pray
