It’s not as clean, the service ppl are absolutely 5 star, very kind. However, the facility it’s kinda old, my room was on the first floor, it wasn’t quiet, you could hear the ppl on the street. I couldn’t sleep. And washrooms needs an updates
The front personal Tahseen was terrible. He didn’t show any courtesy. We showed up early to the hotel “before the check in time” and he didn’t put any effort into getting us a room before the allowed time. He was very unprofessional and every 10 minutes he would go and stand in front of the hotel and smoke a cigarette. The bell man and the greeters were awesome but Tahseen treated them like they were nothing. Overall the location is and clean but there is basically no management. In my line of work I oversee over 480 employees and I can tell you this hotel has one of the worst management I have ever seen. Tahseen needs a lot of couching and supervision.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather disappointing experience. Although I booked a room for a single person, I was given a room with four beds and told at check-in that no single rooms were available. Things got worse on my third day when, right after returning from Friday prayers, a staff member who barely spoke English called and told me to pack up quickly because I was being moved to a different room. I had no prior notice, and it was all rushed and unprofessional.
The new room itself was fine, but unfortunately, there were children on that floor constantly knocking on my door, which made it impossible to rest—especially between important prayer times like Jumma and Asr. When I went to the front desk to share my concerns, the same young staff member simply shrugged and said the manager wasn’t available and he couldn’t do anything.
Overall, I found the communication poor and the handling of guests quite unprofessional. The staff need better training, and guests deserve to be treated with more respect and consideration.
This review is solely for one member of staff...the porter named Ahmed raza, he is a lying treacherous man, upon us leaving he arranged a taxi friend of his to take us to madina train station for 150sar (it costs 20 sar really) I wasn't happy with his price and arrange my own transport from outside the hotel for a fee of 50sar.
As he was taking our luggage to the car he started speaking in Arabic saying 'charge these guys 150'....unknown to him I speak Arabic too and confronted him on whys he's asking people to charge us more money, he jus laughed and turned away, this was all after I tipped him 50 to bring our luggage down from our room
As a fellow pakistani i feel bad in writing this review but i hope the hotel reads this and reprimands him as he was acting out of spite and there would have been zero benefit to him with us getting ripped off, he was just a horrible individual and I hope he doesn't get away with mugging others off
