Tina went out of her way to assist me in finding Gluten Free Dining options including telling me about the various local dishes, drinks and the best places to go. Her manor and demeanour is incredibly professional and she deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service skills."

"The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂"

"We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality."
