This property is right next to the Helgate jetboat excursion! We walked to and from our room to the boats which is so convenient when you are wet! The room was clean and had microwave, fridge, and hairdryer and the towels are huge! The staff was wonderful but you have to ask to have your room cleaned each day which we didn't know in advance. There isn't an onsight laundry but you can send your things out to be laundered. Over all it was an amazing stay. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the river.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our king bedroom was large with a large secure balcony overlooking the river. Very quiet. The pool was wonderful - it felt very private offering sun and shade options for lounging. The complimentary breakfast offered many options: scrambled eggs, bacon,, biscuits and sausage gravy bagels, muffins, English muffins make your own waffles with multiple toppings, syrup or blue blueberry pie topping, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit : apples, bananas, oranges. apple juice or orange juice Excellent locally roasted coffee. Tea, Coco and hot cider drink options. Totally Surpassed our expectations.. The staff continuously serviced all the options. Will totally stay here again.

An outstanding deal for the price! My room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, check-in and check out were quick and easy and staff was friendly and efficient. I arrived on an extremely hot day after a long drive, and didn’t feel like venturing out in search of refreshments, so the fridge full of local wines and craft beers for sale in the lobby was a very welcome surprise. The included breakfast also had a good array of options, especially considering the affordable price of the room. I stop over in Grants Pass a few times a year on my way to visit family, and this is definitely going to be my new go-to spot to stay from now on!

All the rooms have a river view with a balcony to enjoy said view. Directly across the street to a wonderful restaurant with great river views and an excellent menu. Don’t pass up the “old fashion” drink! Going to be our go-to place on trips from WA to CA! Highly recommend!

We stay here a few times a year and generally love it. There was a huge group checking in before us so it took a while. Unfortunately the elevator was down which is no one’s fault but for this reason I think, we were given a ground floor room that had 2 double beds. Not used to that and didn’t sleep well

It’s a pet friendly hotel .. how ever the area for pets to take brakes in right in front of the Main Street. There is no security and no area for pets to take breaks.

Unprofessional and unaccomidating.... Came back from an evening of visiting with families in town to ZERO parking at the hotel. We have a handicapped daughter and the handicapped spot in front of out room was taken by a tweaker hippie who had no placard. We went to the office to try to find a solution but none was given. She said shed try to make contact with the owner. We finally got my daughter who can barely walk to the room and went back down to the office to now find it locked up and no one is there. I waited in my truck for an hour waiting for a spot to open up but none did. I eventually found a parking spot around the corner in a dark unlit alley. Which in turn resulted in me sleeping in my truck because there was crack heads everywhere. Would have been nice to had been able to sleep in the bed, but unfortunately that didnt happen. My family who was in the room were kept awake until the early morning hours to what sounded like elephants above them and everyone had what could be described as a miserable time. We felt like we were fogotten and kicked to the side, felt robbed. We have stayed here several times in the past and this will be the last time. If you want to sleep with crack heads roaming around your cars and the property at 2-3am please by all means stay here. Because thats exactly what is happening every night you're parked here.
