Cozy hotel

Amazing hotel. Just be prepared for some noisy environment as there are a lot of restaurants and therefor lots of activities going on around the hotel. But its super cozy, centrally located and the staff is just always ready to help! I would stay there again

I stayed in Room 202 on the second floor—just one floor above the restaurant and street—and unfortunately, I could hear everything. Conversations from downstairs, the constant passage of trucks, buses, and motorcycles—it was nonstop noise, day and night. Sound insulation is clearly lacking, and it made it hard to rest or relax. The hotel should consider installing noise-proof windows. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop, which looked great in the photos and was a deciding factor for me. But when I arrived, I found it completely closed for remodeling with no prior notice. That was a major disappointment. Overall, the experience didn’t match expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless they address the noise issues and communicate major facility closures in advance.

The bathroom sink was dirty. We didnt received a great cleaning at the room. The guy name edier was great host , he help us with everything we need at the hotel. Best employee the hotel have.

I give this hotel 2 stars as locations was good, across from “Calle de la buena mesa” and close to many places and malls. However if you are looking for a place to rest this is just not it, since you can hear a needle falling on the side walk from the third floor (where I stayed) the noise will wake you up at 6:30 am when the down stairs restaurant opens and they drag the chairs, and and you can hear it as if is happening in your room. Rooms are spacious but bed is not too comfortable either, and bathrooms can use a bit of better cleaning, i had this booked for 10 days and had to leave on my 4 night as I really needed to have a good night sleep, so ended up moving to a different hotel. They refused a refund or any help for that matter. Overall, if you like me work remotely or want to rest this is not the place in Manila. I have stayed in other ones around the area that had been a better experience.

Wow este Hotel es muy lindo y está cerca de muchos restaurantes de todo tipo y para complacer a todos los paladares. Es un poco ruidoso por la noche pero luego de más 12:00 de la medianoche todo está en calma, es un ruido soportable y nosotros viajamos con niños y la pasamos muy bien. El personal es súper amable y servicial. Nos encantó!!
