My few days stay was very relaxing. Good and very friendly service. From the Hotel to Premium shopping mall is just 3 minutes walk and San Diego shopping mall 9 minutes walking distance. Transportation is no problem at all. I would definitly go back to that hotel for my next Medellin trip.

I like the people, workers, and service, what they shold have the iron inside the rooms, so we will not have to be calling to use the servise and also bigger fridge. But averall i recommend the hotel.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very nice pretty cool location with a good view. The bad thing was I did not like the bed. It was small and it hurt my back really bad. Also, you could hear everybody talking next-door and outside 3 o’clock in the morning, I kept me awake.

Staff were great. A bit off the grid but everything is super accessible by Uber/taxis at reasonable prices to get to better areas or points of interest. A metro station is about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Gym needs renovations / equipment. Sauna isn’t operational although advertised. Breakfast is decent.
