Dirty bedding with bed bugs, was told no other rooms available and couldn’t get a refund. Door to balcony barely works. Infested with ants. Hot tub didn’t even get to 36 degrees. This was definitely NOT a VIP place. I’ve stayed at way nicer places for less.

Bom mas poderia ser melhor cuidado.
O estacionamento era na rua, encontramos talheres e o Cooktop precisando de limpeza, tinha formiga no quarto, garrafa de água aberta no frigobar e o ralo do box estava entupido.
