We have been coming to the InterContinental in Medellin for many years. The staff has always been superb! Helpful and kind. The facility itself needs a facelift. It is starting to show its age and seems a little rundown. Still, we will continue to visit the InterContinental when we are in Medellin.

We chose to stay at an Intercontinental Hotel because I know that it is a standard good service and attention, unfortunately it was not the case in Medellin. They did not help me with the upgrade, they could only allow us 2 people when I made the reservation for 3. There was no hot water, we had to be calling everyday for it and after the housekeeping service they didnt change towels, we had to call and wait forever for them to bring new ones.
