The location is excellent. You have lot of options for eating. The night life is also within 5 minutes of walking. The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast is basic but ok. The rooms do not have windows but the location more than makes up for it.

Great Staff but need help serviceing room

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. However, the room was not serviced and we ran out of shampoo and soap. We had to call and request it.

Great Place

Nice place to stay in the heart of El Poblado. Yet not so noisy. Breakfast was nice, a nice start to the day with coffee and a smile from Emily.

Quiet room for sleeping - no windows

Quiet room with no windows right in the middle of Poblado party. Very clean and comfortable with a/c. Stafffriendly and helpful.

The hotel is small but has good size rooms, but there are no windows. It is clean and affordable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, near to bars and restaurants but it is very noisy all day and until late night.

the staff at this place were amazing ! the price and what you get is sooooo great -i did have a-room with no windows but i asked to change rooms and they did with no problem ! they noticed i smoked so they put me next to the smoking area in the basement (so perfect for me ) the rooms have a fridge and hot water And breakfast included so it doesnt get much bettr a friend of mine stayed next door and didnt have a fridge or hot water nor breakfast and paid more ! the cleanliness could be better sheets are stained alot of humidity needs alittle tlc from the owner but the staff made the trip so great they booked tours gave me recommendations for food checked on me let me use the umbrella made me feel like family i will def go back

The hotel is in an excellent location within a block of the bars and clubs in Poblado, yet removed enough that I couldn’t hear the noise in the hotel. However, the rooms are very small, and none have windows. Hotel Veler could do so much more if they install warm lights and improve the decor. But the room is lighted by harsh bright fluorescent ceiling lights that emphasized that you’re just in a box, and can be a tad claustrophobic.
