It’s a nice place the photographs make it look much more upscale them it is and it’s small but keep the door locked all the time to come in and out of the hotel. Understand the need for safety but it’s constantly someone has to push a button to unlock the door.

room has cheap noisy fan. feels very stuffy because of the small window. Wifi on rooftop does not work. Breakfast limited to 8:30am. coffee with milk caused diarrhea. very dark. art in poor taste.

The showers were terrible the water goes everywhere and is either extremly hot or cold. Extemly noisy street and worse of all every night some other guests were blasting music all night on the sound system to the point that my walls and door were shaking. When you complain they tell you that's part of the guest experience. I have not been able to sleep good for any of the 7 nights i was there and i usually am a easy sleeper. The staff was kind but food and breakfast were also really bad. Every morning the coffee was icecold and no variation.

The pictures are misleading. The pictures from the exterior are actually edited, they are covering how unsafe the area is with some tree. I realized they had edited the pictures once I arrived. I only stayed one night because I had no choice, it was too late, but wasted my money, since I reserved 4 nights. This is a motel, not a hotel, and in Colombia, motels have different context as in the U.S... You DO NOT want to stay at a motel. If this hotels price is your available butget, you are better off staying at a hostal in el Poblado. Same price and a whole different story. This hotel is at a very unsafe area, and the rooms are NOT as they seem in the pictures.

No se dejen llevar por las fotos. La ubicacion no es segura para turistas. Hotel horrible en todo atención, gerenre para cualquier situacion no hay, siempre dicen que son nuevos. Llegue y mis habitaciones no teni a. No lo recomiendo es peor de lo peor. Jamas vuelvo al sector donde esta da miedo.

Desde afuera se veia el aspecto sucio. Al entrar mucha peste a cigarrillo y marihuana. La habitacion poca limpieza, habia cucarachas y sabanas manchadas. Fotos de muy mal gusto. En general eso no es un hotel es un motel. Yo viajé con mi hijo y ese lugar no es un ambiente adecuado para el. Estoy muy disgustada . Confíe en que expedia ofrecia lugares de calidad.

Desde las afueras se veia un lugar de bajo perfil y al entrar era insoportable la peste a marihuana y cigarrillo. Al llegar a la habitación la peste era aún mas fuerte. Las sabanas estaban con manchas amarillas. Habia cucarachas. Lamentablemente para cancelar la estadia y buscar otro hotel tuve que pagar $77. Por favor saquen ese llamado hotel de sus opciones, no es un lugar para familias decentes. Eso mas bien se puede llamar MOTEL. Estando ahí en la espera de resolver vimos como llegaban parejas a pasar su rato en alguna de las habitaciones. Esa noche no pudimos dormir nada porque nuestro vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a ese lugar alrederdor de la una de la madrugada y no pudimos conseguir dónde quedarnos. Afirmo que ha sido la peor experiencia de nuestra vida y mira que he viajado a mucho y nunca me habia pasado algo tan horrible.

Mi opinion solo estuvimos una noche nos fuimos primero nunca arreglaron el agua salia muy fria segundo el area muy peligrosa para estar afuera de la propiedad y tercero siempre deben tener un personal de mantenimiento para las situaciones de emergencias y eso no lo hubo como dibe solo dormimos una noche con la esperanza que resomvieran lo del agua que salia muy fria pero nunca fue.
