Basic hotel. It was clean and comfortable and wifi was fast. Very close to action, but can get noisy with loud music from the downstair restaurant which is not a problem as they dont play loud late at night. Big complaints are can't check in early. Had to wait till 3pm even though the room was available. Had a long travel day and it would've been be nice to freshen up instead of waiting. Would also be willing to pay extra but seems early check in was not an option. I also had stained towels and no toiletries in the bathroom. Also note thay the room can get hot during the day even with AC. Check in lady was pleasant and nice. Also don't book tours with them, if you are not a Spanish speaker. Tours offers are in spanish only. Tour company was great but didnt had a clue what was going on and may have charged more than it should be.

They refused take the reservation with Expedia because the new administration doesn’t have contracts with Expedia due new owner. We discussed about it because I travel a lot and use Expedia long time ago for travel cars and stay. After long trip we decided pay for the time they charged but the chamber of commerce of Colombia and the tourist department have regulations for business also here USA Expedia with BBB and customer relations. I was very disappointed with the service also. A room linking water from the AC. The lock unsafe reported and wasn’t fixed. Picture added of they charged to my card
So i checked in the first night and was asked to pay the entire stay upon arrival. Going into the room the first thing I noticed was the shower never gets hot. I send a message to front desk and they say you have to wait a while. It was late and I just went to bed. I did let the water run for 15 min. The next day when I came back to the room, shower was still cold. I asked the front desk to look into it. They couldnt fix it and asked "isnt the water not too cold". I was basically asked to use regular 70 degrees F water. By the way no free bottled water as advertised. Also I asked for 1 hour late check out and when i came back had to pay more than the advertised rate by number of late checkout hours. Rude and saw a lot of attitude when I asked questions. Gave the worst exchange rate possible for USD.

IN ENGLISH BELOW:
Overall, I would consider it more like a hostel, appropriate for those who want to have a place to sleep but are traveling very lightly, with a backpack. The area has the typical public of a nightlife area, but there is no feeling of insecurity.
The room was tiny, with no place to hang clothes. There is no soundproofing, but there was no noise from the street. The amenities were a tiny soap, and a tiny towel and mine was supposed to be a room for 2.
Great location close everything the Lleras park few blocks el poblado park restaurants bars etc
The property doesn’t have any closet or chest to hang or put your personal items but the customer service is really good. The front desk guys outstanding service and the same with the kitchen staff.👏👏
