Spent money on a room for a week in advance, I could not sleep at all due to an alarm that kept going off, I told staff but obviously they did not fix, I recommend no one spending money in advance, no refunds. Therefore, a hard pass & a waste of money!

Buena ubicación, zona muy segura y comercial. Cerca de centro comercial, restaurantes y la estación del metro. Habitación muy limpia, personal muy servicial. El único detalle es que durante los fines de semana se escucha el ruido de los alrededores por ser tiempo de actividad social, no obstante, si se puede dormir y descansar. Excelente opción para considerar si quieres una zona estratégica.

El personal de cafeteria muy atento, preparese para la musica hasta las tres de la mañana. El aseo no fue bueno la habitacion tenia cabello en el piso y el cable funcionaba por momentos.

Hola, pues se tardaron más de 30 min en procesar mi check-in, aunque ya estaba pagado y confirmada mi reserva, en el hotel no aparecía mi reserva. Muy maluco esperar tanto por algo que se supone que ya debería estar listo. Tampoco me gustó que lo que se consume en el hotel solo se paga en efectivo y en el hotel si hay datafono (Punto de venta), el resto estuvo muy bien.

This is a good hotel for the price, and the area is perfect if you want to party. Staff are very nice, but don't expect 5 star, if you are not paying for 5 staff. There is no air con, but it was fine with the windows open and fan. They clean the room each day and it's free breakfast. Regular staff don't speak Engilsh, but were happy to use translators. Internet is very good.

What is QUALITY? QUALITY is "do it right "

Posetive. Room was clean,big and well lite. Negative and must important,NO WIFY, i was told because too mamy people in the hotel and because it was raining,not true. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom mirror if you are a short person, can't see yourself, the worst type of toilet i ever seen. Not a single wall unit or board in the bathroom ot bedroom to put your stuff. No mirrors in the bedroom..this was room 504.i was given another room after i complainted,404 again, toilet sear was loose and no wall units at all. I will be happy to check all your rooms for you and give you a list of what they need. The personell understood my situation and did their best to solve the Problem. And room #404 .better fix the bathroom slidind door and room 504 the toilet seat loose and very hard to flush.
