Room is spacious. Good for family. Swimming pool also nice and large for infants until adults..but service is so-so

CONFORTABLE STAY ATCONDOTEL

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious n clean with good wifi. The location is also convenient but please take note that they stated that the apartment is near the airport is not true as this refer to the old airport which is not in use n the new one is one hour away

Very comfortable, nice breakfast, good locality and etc. But the toilet was quite small for Rudy Apartment.

Bad services !!

Upon check in they really don’t care about our luggages after I ask, due to late check in. And all the spoken are not proper in hospitality industry. Room service not bed but the reception are not communicated that the deposit payment for order has to be cash after limiit, otherwise we can pay the rest after check out. Condition of the hotel so old, and I found plastic of condom under the bed. Really disappointed ! Very not recommended to stay her, I won’t to stay here again...!!

nice hotel with spacious room

worth to stay hotel , affordable with spacious bedroom and amenities such as : water dispenser, cooking utensils, kitchen, dining room. very suitable for family stay. minus point not enough lighting in the bed room and bathroom. another minus point is during check out, the receptionist informed us, we have consumed oreo from the snack bar. which we didnt take it. but she insisted the house keeping told there is no oreo in the snack bar. this thing never happened in any hotel we stayed before. i dunno how they keep track of the snack bar. but finally, the hotel resolved the issue by avoiding the missing oreo. but maybe in the future, they shouldnt provide the snack bar at all to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. other facilities like swimming pool and fitness center are adequate. just that they dont provide towel for hotel guest. so we have to bring our own towel. overall it is a great stay, and will definetely come back to this hotel.

Very Friendly staff and many can speak a bit of English. Unit is big. Cockroaches in units and drawers. Mothballs thrown around units ; likely to take care of cockroaches. Breakfast menu changed Everyday but took very Long to replenish food. Frequently , food not replenished even we waited till we finish breakfast. Many items, including drinks, shown in menu were not available for lunch or dinner. Only one lift available for hotel guest and is very very slow; frequently lift arrive but fully occupied; especially when units are used for wedding purposes. The other lift reserved for condominium residences.

nice for family

booked fro 2 bedroom suite, very nice place for a family vacation swimming pool was crowded at the time we were there maybe just during holiday breakfast is OK, plenty of choices maybe need more on fresh fruits and juices

Kondisi kamar sudah agak tua, wallpaper sudah banyak yang mengelupas. Karyawan di resto kurang tanggap, waktu sarapan pagi dibilang kupon sudah dipakai, padahal kami barusan bangun dan mau sarapan

Bad service

Bad service, we asked them for drinking water in the morning and didn't get it until midnight. Bed sheet and pillow has stain. Very small bathroom and not really clean. Breakfast was teribble.
