Microwave was very dirty, splatters of food all over. No bed sheet for the pull out couch. We received a phone call around 11:30PM while we were sleeping, to come to the front desk because the staff who checked us in forgot to take our credit cart for deposit. Not recommended!

Beds uncomfortable, traffic noise, continental breakfast was awful. Plus the hotel charged $100 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. DON't stay here!

There was no closet to hang clothes and pants in the room. I'm staying the night before visiting a customer this time. I don't like to meet customers with wrinkled clothes.

Good day Hiroshi:We are sorry that your stay did not meet with your expectations.Each room has an area with 6 hangers and Clothing bar. This area does not have a door but does have a 3-foot-wide area to hang cloths. We are sorry that you did not see this area as I am sur it would have met your needs. Nice room. Big fridge for a hotel, microwave. Lots of breakfast choices. Nice staff. Quiet inside hotel. Only sound outside is Highway but not loud. Enjoyed our overnight.

Good stay but still - some problems.
All in all, things weee good. However, there were enough issues to catch my attention. The check-in took WAY too long. Please don’t leave people at the front desk who are uncertain on how to do things. PLEASE don’t turn all climate control off in the rooms. It had to be 90F in there. Similar note - clearly mark which thermostat works. When breakfast closes at 10, I shouldn’t find closed doors at 9:50. I travel a lot - every minute is important. Luckily, I could get a muffin & banana. Positives - clean & comfortable room. Just what I needed.

Disappointing
By day four, we still had not received clean towels, even thought we asked for them. Very noisy hotel, as it sits right next to the highway. Breakfast was the same almost every day, and was not tasty. Asked for an extra blanket on second day, and was given another sheet! Chair in room has frayed arms, and should have been replaced years ago! Normally stay at Holiday Inns because of the cleanliness and hospitality. Not staying here again.

Great stay
Check-in was very simple. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. The accommodations were equally nice. My stay was quiet. I loved the convenience of location right off of the interstate, neighboring proximity to various restaurants and gas stations. Did I mention only minutes from the Tanger outlet! Lastly, the hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I liked location from where we needed to go. It was heartening the price for one night during renovations. I stomped my toe and tripped on the break in the floor. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Air conditioner was properly working. Very difficult at times.

The perfect stay
We were unaware the hotel was under renovations, but it didn’t cause any issues for our stay at all! Our room was in great condition, super clean, and I loved that there was a real tub for my kids. Also loved that they had Dove products. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good! Definitely worth the stay.
