「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. 「We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. 」
