「I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Austin, was wonderful. He had tables all set up and breakfast ready in a relaxed setting. So many little touches...large windows with birds coming and going, plants on the tables and unique lamps, big back yard, and beautiful flowers. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very easy to meet and converse with other guests at breakfast.」

「Mike was there to greet us at check in. Gave us a bottle water and a tour of the beautiful home. Bathroom was immaculate. Towels and bathrobes were plush. Bed was comfortable. The portable fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful! And the drive to Cooperstown was lovely. 」

「OK, first an important note: I planned a trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and I made a reservation at the Hayden Creek Inn for a single person. My son and grandson decided to Join me, but the Hayden Creek Inn was sold out and my room was too small to add two cots. I called the owner (Austin), who super-graciously gave me a room with two queen beds in his other, nearby, property called the Meadowlark Inn. So this review is really about the Meadowlark Inn, but much of it applies...
